Frequently Asked Questions
Football Betting
Odds show the ratio of winnings you can get on a bet. For example, odds of 2.00 mean you can get back 2 times the amount you put in. With decimal odds, winnings = stake × odds. Asian Handicap odds work by giving a head start to account for the gap between teams. You can clearly see football betting odds on pgg11.
Asian Handicap is a betting system where one team is given a goal head start to level out the difference between a stronger and a weaker side. The head start is set at 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, and so on, and because a draw outcome is removed, you only need to pick one side. This makes it easier to understand how your bet is covered.
In an accumulator, every match must be correct for you to win. If even one match is wrong, the entire stake is lost. That said, the more matches you add, the higher the odds get, so the potential payout can be large. Keep the downside in mind and bet responsibly.
Live Betting lets you place bets from kick-off right through to the final whistle, with odds that change in real time. Odds can shift instantly based on in-game events such as goals scored or cards shown. You can follow Live Betting with a wide view on pgg11.
Once a match ends, settlement is based on the official result. If a match is postponed or not completed for any reason, your stake may be refunded in line with the betting rules. Winnings or refunds are added to your account quickly, and the pgg11 support team is available around the clock to help.
Slots Games
A Progressive Jackpot is a prize that grows a little with every spin any player makes. At some point a lucky player wins the full amount, and the jackpot then resets back to zero and starts building again. Because it can be won at any time, it is one of the most exciting prizes among players.
Demo Mode lets you try a game without using real money. It is a good way to get familiar with the game mechanics and features before committing. You can check Demo Mode on available games at pgg11 first so you go into real-money play with more confidence.
Check the minimum bet of each slots game and pick one where the minimum is lower than your budget. If your budget is small, it is better to go for low-volatility games — they pay out more often, even if the amounts are smaller, so your balance lasts longer. High-volatility games can pay bigger prizes but they do not hit as often.
Free Spins are a type of reward that lets you spin without spending money. When Scatter symbols appear in a game, the game itself can award free spins. You can also get some free spins through pgg11 promotions, and any winnings from free spins played with real-money value may be subject to wagering requirements before you can continue playing.
Volatility describes how often a game pays out and how large those payouts tend to be. Low-volatility games pay out more frequently but in smaller amounts. High-volatility games can pay larger prizes but take longer to hit. Choose a game that matches your playing style and budget.

Myanmar Traditional Games
The 2D lottery result is generally understood to be determined by two digits taken from the official currency exchange rate. On pgg11, the 2D game is played based on this result — if your chosen number matches, you win a prize. Play according to the game rules set by us, and please note this is not a number prediction service.
With 3D lottery you pick three digits instead of two, making it harder to win, but the prize amount can be significantly higher. Results are typically announced based on the evening numbers format. You can find the rules and payout rates on the pgg11 3D lottery page. This is not meant to encourage reliance on number predictions.
Shan Koe Mee is a card game that has been played in Myanmar for generations. Each player is dealt 3 cards, and the one whose total score ends closest to 9 — or exactly 9 — wins. On pgg11 Casino, you can play Shan Koe Mee in an online live format, joining the game directly from your phone or computer.
Yes, the pgg11 platform is fully compatible with mobile browsers, so on both Android and iOS you can play 2D lottery, 3D lottery, and Shan Koe Mee easily through your web browser without downloading any app. The layout and buttons are fully adapted to phone screen sizes, so everything works comfortably.
Yes, plays on Myanmar traditional games count toward your VIP level progress in the pgg11 VIP program, alongside football betting, slots, and live casino. There are tiers from Bronze up to Diamond, and at Diamond level you can earn up to 1.2% weekly cashback — so traditional game players can benefit from VIP rewards too.
