Deposit Terms

Players can deposit using the following payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks, and we will not accept any deposit below this amount regardless of the method used.

  • Deposits must be made only from a payment account that the player personally owns.
  • We do not accept third-party deposits. If detected, the funds will be returned and the account may be suspended.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 10–45 minutes, though this may vary depending on network conditions, payment service availability, and verification requirements.

  • The required wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

Welcome Bonus Policy

pgg11's welcome bonus offers a 120% bonus on your first deposit, with a maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus funds, you must complete a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount.

Example —

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 24,000 Ks → Required wagering 600,000 Ks (24,000 Ks × 25)
  • Deposit 180,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks (maximum) → Required wagering 2,500,000 Ks (100,000 Ks × 25)

Each player can receive this bonus once only. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. If we determine that a player is claiming the welcome bonus for the purpose of bonus abuse, the bonus may be revoked.

General Terms for Promotions

  • Promotions are only valid when they match the period, amount, and conditions stated in the relevant advertisement.
  • We do not allow combining one promotion with another at the same time.
  • The platform reserves the right to suspend or modify any promotion at any time if the conditions on either side are not met.

VIP Program and Referral

VIP Level Cashback Policy

The pgg11 VIP program has 5 progressive levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level comes with the following weekly cashback —

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
  • Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Cashback will be credited to your account once a week and must meet the relevant VIP requirements. The wagering volume needed to advance to the next VIP level is assessed fairly by the platform.

Referral Reward Policy

Players participating in the pgg11 referral program will receive 10% of their referred friend's first deposit as a bonus, capped at a maximum of 10,000 Ks per person. In addition, the referrer will receive a weekly commission of 0.3% of the friend's valid wagering volume.

  • Anyone referring others must have their own pgg11 account.
  • Self-referral is not allowed.
  • Commission will only be credited based on the friend's valid wagering volume, and any amount arising from fraudulent activity will not be counted.
